Bricoleur Consulting, a Singapore based HR services firm for the communications industry conducted this study to identify what makes agencies great places to work and how agencies can improve employee engagement.

SINGAPORE – A new study has close to half of media agency employees saying their agency is not innovative, with a similar percentage stating that they are also open to new jobs. A joint study by HR services firm for agencies Bricoleur Consulting and 4As Singapore at the end of 2012, done online with 146 respondents showed these results. The survey asked its media talent pool if their company delivered well on creativity and innovation, with only 48% saying they felt that their agencies matched up to these expectations.

ASIA-PACIFIC – Bricoleur Consulting, a human-resources firm, has launched a website where agency professionals from across Asia can have a confidential Skype chat with one of several experienced executives who have held leadership positions in advertising, media, digital, and research.
Singapore – Industry heavyweights Manpreet Singh and Missy Devlin (pictured) have joined HR services firm Bricoleur Consulting as the company expands its talent selection team. The new team also includes Mike Foster and Rodrigo Toni. Manpreet Singh, ex-CEO of Mindshare Singapore and UM China, will be helping Bricoleur assess senior media talent. Missy Devlin, former group account director of R/GA will be assessing senior talent for digital roles at Bricoleur. She was previously the MD and regional director with Ogilvy one and was last with R/GA.
